Begininng with the young lady who took my original complaint call about an unusual squealing noise, I have received nothing but competent and professional service from your company. Of course, on the day of service when I opened the door to see Tim, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Tim was the first FisherAir technician to service my air conditioner and the one who originally sold me a maintenance aggreement and I have always felt that he was not only very experienced and capable but even more important to me I knew he would be honest in his assessment of the problem.

Unfortunately, I heard the words that no homeowner wants to hear, our entire system needed to be replaced. Tim scheduled a time for Mark to come out and give us an estimate. Again, I felt that I was dealing with a professional who not only understood the product but took the time to listen to my concerns and who tailored a new heating/air conditioning system to our particular needs. Mark explained every aspect of the options available but seemed to be more interested in making sure we were satisified than in trying to high~ pressure us into spending more than we were comfortable with. What a refreshing change, someone who actually understands that customer service has anything to do with the customer.

I can’t stress enough how pleased I have been by this whole experience. AQHI, the company who removed our old ducting, was also very professional and courteous. Your installers were extremely pleasant and did everything they could to keep the mess and noise to a minimum. At the end of the day they made sure to pick up completely and left no mess behind.
